Position: RCM - Medical Billing & Audit Associate

Position : RCM-Data Analyst





We need someone who has the following skills,
has proven 1 year of auditing experience.



- Solving billing & audit problems related to US dental industry

- Analysing revenue trends for more efficient

payment processing & Insurance follow-ups

- Requires end to end understanding of the Insurance clearance process, eye for detail,

organisation, co-ordination & communication skills.

- Frequently interact with the senior leadership team in the U.S.

-responsible for ensuring all patient bills are raised

accurately & supports all Insurance related pre & post-processing

requirements.

-Ensuring completeness of all payment receivables through

reconciliation processes.

Roles available- Associate/ Senior Associate


Shift Timings - Monday to Friday 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM


Salary Range - 2.5L to 5L ( including everything)
No cab facility.


Role Description

Looking for a full-time RCM- Medical Billing & Audit Associate to join our team in Pune. The Medical Biller will be responsible for processing medical claims, verifying insurance coverage, and resolving any discrepancies. The Medical Biller will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely payments.


Qualifications


Should have basic knowledge of the entire Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
Knowledge of medical terminology, denials, ICD-10, insurance, and Medicare
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of medical billing software and coding systems
Experience with customer service and problem-solving
